Sketch the house. Send one link. Get the approval.

Rainroute counts every corner, hanger, outlet and elbow from your sketch and prices them from your own price list. The homeowner accepts on their phone, and the job lands on your crew’s schedule.

We’re running a pilot with our founding contractors. A 14-day free trial once you’re in, no card needed.

Most gutter companies run on a notepad, a spreadsheet and a group text.

  • Measurements on the back of a receipt, retyped into a quote after dark.
  • Quotes that go out days later, after the homeowner has signed with someone else.
  • Nobody sure whether the customer ever answered that estimate.
  • Tomorrow’s jobs in a group text the crew reads at the wrong house.

From the first call to the paid invoice.

  1. A contractor's booking form on a phone: Request a free estimate from Maple Street Gutters, with fields for name, phone and email.

    Step 1

    Requests come to you

Put your booking form on your website. Each request lands on your leads board with the address and the work they need, and you get an email.

  2. The drawing tool on a phone: an L-shaped roofline with the length of each run and the downspouts marked.

    Step 2

    Sketch it, count it

Tap out each run and its footage. Rainroute counts the corners, end caps, hangers, outlets and elbows, and puts them on a draft estimate, priced from your price list.

  3. What the homeowner sees: Estimate for Sarah Mitchell, the all-in total, and an Accept this estimate button.

    Step 3

    Send one link

The homeowner opens the estimate on their phone and taps Accept. No login, no app. You get an email either way, and one follow-up goes out for you if it goes unanswered for 3 days.

  4. The jobs list on a phone: each job with its customer, date, status and the technician assigned.

    Step 4

    Schedule the crew

Turn the accepted estimate into a job, put it on the calendar, and assign a lead and helpers. Each technician sees their day on their phone.

  5. An invoice as the customer sees it on a phone: the amount due, the due date, and how to pay the contractor.

    Step 5

    Invoice the job

Send the invoice as a link and record the check or cash when it comes in.

It already knows the trade.

Become a founding contractor.

Rainroute is in a pilot with its first gutter companies. Founding contractors work directly with the people building it, and what slows you down is what gets built next. We’ll load your price list and set up your booking form for you.

30% off for as long as you stay subscribed. Our prices may rise over time, like any software, and your 30% comes off whatever the price is then. Enter the code FOUNDING at checkout. There are 25 spots.

Leave your email and we’ll reach out when a spot opens. Your 14-day trial starts when you set up your company.

Questions contractors ask

Who owns my data?

You do. Our terms say you keep ownership of everything you put in Rainroute. Each company’s records are walled off from every other company’s in the database itself, and an admin can delete the company and its data from Settings.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Rainroute runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, so there’s nothing to install. There isn’t an App Store app yet.

Can I bring my customers over from a spreadsheet?

Not automatically yet; there’s no import. Customers are added as you go, or created for you when a homeowner fills in your booking form.

Can my crew have their own logins?

Yes. Invite estimators, technicians and a warehouse manager; each role sees what its job needs. Solo includes 1 login, Crew includes 5 logins, and Shop includes 10 logins. Extra logins are $15/mo each on Crew and Shop.

How do I get help?
